50g ball of 100% pure wool, in a gorgeous, rich green 2 ply marl. 2 ply wool Marl: 1 strand of dark green and 1 strand of a lighter green with delicate flecks of browns etc. twisted together.
2/11.3nm approximately 283m or 309 yards per 50g ball

Quality British yarn ideal for knitting, crochet, craft etc. Brand new wool, wound on wool winder. No ball bands.
This wool is fantastic for felting! For smaller items, I knit it on 5.5mm needles then wash in the machine at 60 degrees. It shrinks beautifully giving the most gorgeous dense felt. For larger items (bags, place mats, hats etc.) I knit the wool double on 7mm needles, then felt.
Washing instructions: To avoid shrinking and felting, handwash gently in cool water, re-shape while damp, dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
